The DJ College of Dental Sciences and Research has been in the forefront of dental education and health care service. It plans to make the College an international centre of excellence for dental education. It has been a constant endeavour to upgrade facilities and infrastructure with special emphasis on Continuing Dental Education Programme. The faculty has some highly regarded and experienced teachers who are experts in their domain knowledge.
Admission Procedure & Eligibility
The seats for BDS & MDS are filled through a competitive examination "UPCAT Dental Entrance Examination" conducted by the Association of Private Dental & Medical Colleges of UP. The seats left unfilled are filled directly by the college on the basis of merit while adhering to the eligibility criteria.
Candidates who have passed the 10+2 examination or equivalent with Physics, Chemistry, Biology and English from any recognized Board or University having secured minimum 50% marks in aggregate in the above subjects, are eligible for admission to the BDS Course. For candidates belonging to SC/ST/OBC category, the minimum qualifying marks are 40% aggregate. Candidates who are appearing in 12th standard are also eligible to apply for admission to BDS.
