Ambedkar Dental College & Hospital, Bangalore was established 1986 by
Anand Social & Educational Trust it affiliated to Rajiv Gandhi University
of Health Sciences. It is a renowned dental institution and considered to be
one of the best in India. It offers graduate and post graduate degree courses
in dentistry which are approved and recognized by the Dental Council of India.

Eligibility for Admission to BDS:
- The applicant should have passed the two-year Pre-University Examination in Karnataka or its equivalent examination.
- The candidate should have completed seventeen years of age as on 31st December of the academic year of admission.
- The candidate should have studied Physics, Chemistry and Biology in the qualifying examination conducted by any recognized Indian Higher Secondary Board or equivalent qualification.
- Candidates who have passed BSc examinations are also eligible for admission subject to the subjects grouping as approved by the University.
- The candidate should have secured not less than 50% aggregate in the Science subjects in the qualifying examination and a pass in English for admission to BDS.
Documents required for Admission:
- Eligibility Certificate issued by the Rajiv Gandhi University of Health Sciences in case you are from abroad or from other state than Karnataka
- Transfer Certificate from the previous college or institution \
- Migration Certificate
- No Objection Certificate (NOC) from the Ministry of External Affairs, Govt. of India in case you are applying as a foreign students
- Matriculation (X std.) marks card for proof of age
